Changing Your Region
Your region is set when your organization is provisioned. If you need to move to a different region, we'll handle the migration for you.
How to change region
To change your hosting region, contact [email protected] and let us know the region you'd like to move to. Region changes are handled by our team rather than self-service, because they involve migrating your organization's data.
Region applies to the whole organization
A region is set at the organization level; it can't be set per user, per team or per project. Changing region moves the entire organization, so everyone's data ends up in the new region together.
