LithicBlue Overview

LithicBlue sits alongside your team through the full advisory lifecycle. You create a project, bring in your source materials (board packs, interview notes, financial data, prior reports), and LithicBlue reads everything to build a knowledge base for that project. Behind it sits LithicBlue's proprietary ontological map: a professional-services ontology that organises what's in your sources and how it connects, so the AI reasons across the whole project rather than one document at a time. From there your team can ask questions across the documents, run structured analysis, and produce deliverables where every claim traces back to the source it came from.

When a question reaches beyond your documents, LithicBlue can also research the web and trusted knowledge bases where appropriate, always deferring to your own sources, and with organization controls over which sites it may use.

• Bring in your sources. Upload files directly, or connect Google Drive or SharePoint so a project mirrors a folder you already manage.
• Scope the work. Define the deliverables and the questions each section needs to answer; LithicBlue tracks fulfilment and surfaces the remaining data gaps.
• Analyse and build. Produce PowerPoint presentations and PDFs where each claim is anchored to the passage that supports it.
• Verify and trace. Click any claim to see exactly where it came from, and review the verdict on whether the sources support it.
