Reviewing a Document

Two checks run over a deliverable; here's how to run them:

  • Claim verification: are the facts supported by the sources?
  • The feedback agents: is the deck actually good?

Reviewing a PowerPoint

Open the deck. In the header, click Feedback to open the Feedback agents menu, then choose which agents to run:

  • Visualization
  • Writing & Grammar
  • Industry
  • Structure & Flow
  • Any custom feedback personas your firm has defined (shown with a colour dot).

Click Run Feedback (the button shows the count of selected agents). While it runs, the panel steps through its phases: Extracting claims…, Verifying claims against knowledge base…, AI reviewing slides…, and finishes at Feedback complete. A single run does both jobs: it verifies the claims and gathers the agents' findings.

Add your own feedback personas

Custom feedback personas are defined in your library: a name, title and focus areas. Once created they appear in the Feedback agents menu alongside the four built-ins. See Document review.

Reviewing a PDF or Word document

For PDF and Word deliverables, claim verification runs automatically when the file becomes a deliverable; there's nothing to trigger. Verdicts appear as coloured highlights in the document itself, ready to work through.

A Word document opens laid out in pages, exactly as Word paginates it — headers, footers, tables, images and all. A claim is reported against the page it sits on, and the claims panel navigates by page number, so a finding points at the same place your reader would look at in the printed document.

Reading the results

  1. Claims appear as coloured highlights on the slides or pages: green (verified), red (contradicted), orange (citation issue) and grey (unverified). Click one to read its verdict, reasoning and sources.
  2. Feedback comments from the agents appear in the feedback panel, each pinned to the slide it concerns and tagged with the agent and a severity (Issue, Suggestion or Info).

From here you work through what came back: accepting, editing or dismissing items. See Managing findings.
