No. LithicBlue is an orchestration layer that connects to AI models—we do not own or operate any AI models ourselves, and therefore do not train models on your data. Your data remains yours, used solely to deliver results within your engagements.

LithicBlue is architecturally model-agnostic. We work with leading AI providers to ensure you have access to the best available models for your needs. If your organisation has its own AI endpoints or preferred providers, LithicBlue can integrate with those as well. This flexibility is a core design principle, ensuring both you and we can always leverage the most capable models for any given task.

We maintain enterprise agreements with leading AI providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. These agreements include strict data protection provisions that contractually guarantee your data is not used for model training, is not retained beyond processing, and is handled in accordance with enterprise-grade privacy standards. Your data never becomes part of any provider's training corpus.

Yes. We honour data deletion requests promptly. If you need your data removed from LithicBlue, simply contact our support team and we will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

LithicBlue supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with Google, with Microsoft SSO support coming soon. This allows your team to access LithicBlue using your existing corporate credentials, simplifying access management and maintaining your security policies.
